So I want to host a web server on a computer and be able to access the server while I'm disconnected from the internet. This works while I'm connected by accessing my LAN IP, but there is no assigned IP when completely disconnected. Could you please let me access this by assigning a loopback range for my computer (e.g. 127.0.0.0/8) that always works? Thank you!

should point out that, for some reason, this requires an absolute path. will fail otherwise
