this was kinda fun
so heres the conditions:
when enemy still has ammos, it tries to stay away from the player to shoot ammos
when it runs out of ammos, check if player has less health than enemy, if not it switches to melee attacks (which when you get close it will throw a punch for like 0.2 secs), else it runs away
when the player has 3 health left, it switches to melee attacks
when the enemy only has 1hp left it will run away
