I'm picking the atmosphere idea

Main Idea: Basically you are in the clouds, flying through clouds, rain and lightnings.

Secundary Ideas: A animation at the start, as if the player were about to test a ship that he just created after lots of fails. At the middle of the level (in the drop) the player passes between several clouds and arrives at a thunderstorm, dodging lightnings and using the force block as a cool mechanic, When the player emerges from the storm, they land on a mountain, displaying one last animation before the level ends.

In this case I would choose quality, because I would have to use too many objects for the clouds, lightning, rain, background mountains, sun, etc.
