Improving a level

question 1:the background in the first part feels way too empty,its an issue because without a proper background the level would feel empty,the first part is very enclosed while the second is very open,its a problem cuz without it expanding slowly it just feels out of place,the first part doesnt have flashing light but the second part does,its a problem because without the bright lights the first part doesnt feel like a city
question 2:add some buildings to fill up the space,make the level expand slowly
and i would add bright lights to the first part
