At first i wanted to make something tech-style, but as i was creating it went over to a more modern approach which reminded me of levels made by ILRELL.
I used the references in a way where i only made details inspired by small parts, like the 3d from Distorzona (2nd image) or the simple color palette from Cyber Dream (3rd image) and kept the details rather simple to avoid it looking messy.

i think it feels a bit too empty, I recommend adding more block design and maybe spending more effort would help
