Description: A glow/hellish styled level inspired by the cover art for the song (City of Evil album by a7x) the gp and deco standards are medium (album cover linked below as well as a part I made)

Goals: finish gp by the end of July and deco sometime in 2027, I’ll need 15 GP creators and 16 decorators as well as the intro and endscreen

Appeal: this is gonna be a unique top demon and I am to determined to get this finished eventually, the verifier can nerf it to top 20 just it eventually gets out
