some of the transitions (particularly the ship at 15% and the ufo at 40%) have gameplay offscreen, giving the player barely any time to react
you could place a longer platform before the drop starts so the player can at least see whats ahead
the ship transition isnt too bad, but you could also place a pad or platform at the start so you dont accidentally die to the top spikes
the timing when you go into the first ball part is also pretty awkward because hitting the red orb too early makes you not reach the blue orb after
same with the wave -> spider and wave -> cube transitions. wave is an air based gamemode and you cant really control where it goes so putting an orb there makes it unsatisfying to play and miss the upcoming gameplay. (maybe replace them with pads)
tl;dr: fix your transitions
