An extremely dark glow level where you can only see the glow ligthing the block designs and ocassional light bulbs in emptire spaces.
Must have: A pitch black background
Optional: One part where everything is enlighted and periodically turns off and on the light
Tradeoffs: I would choose Quality and Time
