I. Issues :
*Issue 1: * it doesnt feel like a city enough -> Important issue since it is the main idea
Issue 2: The transition between the 1st & 2nd part feels too sudden, you go from almost no city environment, to jumping of skyscrappers ( looks like it imo ) -> Somewhat important since you are making a 4min level, you have 4min to make a better transition from 0 city elements to only city
*Issue 3: maybe a bit too monochrome, wanted it to be monochrome can still mean you can add low saturation colors

II. Solving those issues :
Issue 1 & 3: Add city lamps ( 1st linked picture ) and perhaps lanterns with the same vibe to make it look more city, it will also add small colors to the level, if you make the lightning low saturation.
Issue 2: Restart the deco of the 2nd part from scratch, it hurts to do so, but you arent fully advanced with the parts, so its not that bad, make something which brings up more city elements, but not too much ( I dont think the exercice intend me to FULLY explain a deco part idea )
