The first problem i see with the level is that the portals,orbs,and pads do not match the style of the level (monochrome). To fix this i would say to make them colours that blend with the level but not entirely(so basically to leave a slight hint of colour) so that the player can easily distinguish it from normal spikes and blocks.
The second problem is that the second part of the level seems like it went from dark to bright too fast. That would have been fine if it was the drop but since its not, the drop will need to be very heavily decorated and that will take alot of time to do when you can simply make the colours just slightly brighter there instead of hitting u like a truck with brightness. :)
