This level really brought me trouble finding things that are wrong, but I tried anyways.

These things in the background do not resemble anything in a city, they seem like big prisms that flash which makes the level not seem like a city. If not that I could make the argument that the arrows that keep flashing are not something youd see in a city.
Also the name of the level is fractured, and for a level of that name it really isn't a fractured level.

To solve these problems, you could make the background shine buildings, and remove the arrows, as well as making some objects fractured.

The exercise did say to follow with what the creator would think is wrong, which made me disconsider deco, but I ran out of options so I decided to use that as an argument.
