1.first issues i noticed that the creator original goal is city theme but it seems like it does not appear a city but more like a glow level/effect level/modern level.
Second issues is the glow here is the evidence it should be lower if not its hard to see the spike leading to death
Third the level supposedly to be monochrome but the portals, orbs, so the theme is not followed

2.first issues solution
I suggest add some city lamps, city lights not just random glows it need design for lamps, buildings it can be night city for example black and white like in 90s television
Second issues
As i said earlier when it pulses the glow gets too much here the evidence what i suggested is Lower the brightness to avoid standing too much it needs to blend with the level glow
Third issues
For this i just gonna send a vid as a solution to this

Well if you asked me what is monochrome monochrome means one color and
A monochrome artwork uses only one color, but it can have different shades, tints, or brightness of that color.
Example: A painting made only with different shades of blue.
