Issue 1: They don't showcase the city theme. The decoration could fit the theme if they added buildings in the background or something similar, because currently the theme is not being showcased, I think that the city theme would shine better with buildings/skyscrapers.
Issue 2: Knowing where to go can be confusing. The flickering background triangles blend in a lot with spikes, which makes it all confusing to know where to go and can cause annoying deaths. To fix this, the creator can add more contrast between the background and the gameplay, by adding outlines to the gameplay or making the background have a lower opacity or a different color.
