Main Idea
The level travels through the different layers of the atmosphere, starting on the ground in the troposhere then flying up all the way to the exosphere and space.
Secondary Ideas
Must haves: Different deco assets for each section. For example, clouds for the troposphere, planes for the stratosphere, meteors in the mesosphere, auroras in the thermosphere, and stars in the exosphere.
Optional: Gameplay should probably be ascending throughout the entire level, probably use flying game modes only, lots of moving objects, and hazards flying around
Tradeoffs
Quality and time, I'd want the level to be as good as possible, without spending 500 hours on it. I'm fine with sacrificing the mobile players
