The level I chose is Air Fryer by Aimbotter2123
I'm so glad this was an option. I love this level! It's one of my favorite extreme demons!! :DD
1. What was the theme or level description you thought of when watching the levels?
Clearly, the level imitates the feeling food has when it's inside of an air fryer. The level is literally burning the player. The theming is metallic and hot, eventually burning from a hot orange to an even hotter bright blue.
2. Did that match the ideas that the creator wanted?
Unfortunately no. razsta4ax wanted the level to be decorated in a 2.0 style, but the level takes a more "modern" late 2.1 route with some 2.2 camera controls.
3. Why did your thoughts match (or not match) the creator's vision? What details made you think of the same (or a different) theme?
My thoughts didn't match the creator's vision because it was simply made in Aimbotter's newer style. Aimbotter used this style on their other levels like Schming Summit, which screams 2.2, not really 2.0. I can see where they wanted to ease into the 2.0 styling, using the slab blocks from Electroman Adventures, which was used everywhere during 2.0. Overally, the level belongs in 2.2, and Aimbotter admits themself that they missed the mark on their original 2.0 theming.
