tbh i didn't understand what xd meant with objects that show each gamemode function (because my english is a bit bad), so i replaced the portals here
these gamemodes are the gamemodes that flow better with the music for me, for example, the cube's simple jump fits with the music and with the song better than the ufo and spider at the start, for example, the cube's ability to hold also contributes to my decision; it makes the gameplay a bit more fun.
now, ball was selected to fit the second part because it's the gamemode that works better with the song due to it's fast gameplay (which robot and wave don't do). also, the floating ability contributes to better gameplay with this part of the music.
the ufo was selected to be the third part because it creates a sense of continuity with the past 2 parts, which the ship and swing don't offer here, which i think is important for a part like that, where the song's rhythm is still likely the same.
the spider was chosen because it fits better with an ending of a level, and the spider's instant movements contribute to fast music, swing and robot are a bit weird.
