Sorry if it isn’t good!

The first issue is that the decoration really did not match the idea. To me, it seemed like a factory made to make metals or other materials. It is important because it may cause misconception of the level, maybe hindering its likeness.

The second issue is that perspectives don’t match. The part on the top has the wrong perspective, but the bottom sections do. This can really make the perspective of how you look at the 3d features change in a bad way.

To fix the first one, I would add more city-like additions like balconies, signs, lights, or windows. To fix the second one, I would redo the 3D blocks to make it normal so that both the bottom and the top parts have their 3d sections face up.

These can overlap in some ways. Both of them involve modifying the blocks, so it could be either changing the block design altogether, or adding the city objects and fixing the 3D.
