Level idea chosen: Atmosphere (Clouds, Rain, Shooting Stars)
The level's main idea:
The player goes through different weather conditions eg rain, cloudy, sunny etc (travel level)
Some secondary ideas:
in bold are musts, not in bold are optional ideas
the level could probably have a sort of storyline to it, going from sad to joyful or hopeful--
rainy -- maybe the player starts in rainy weather, maybe depressed because of the passing of a loved one
cloudy -- a sort of quote-unquote "in-between" weather
sunny -- the player finds hope in their life. maybe life isn't so bad after all, arrives home to their family who is happy to see the player

Some basic tradeoffs: I would choose optimization and quality. time isn't as important to me because, honestly, i like spending a bunch of time on a level i actually enjoy making. i don't mind spending a bunch of time on a level i actually enjoy making.
