The level is a good start but a few things could be better. The name does not really fit the theme. There isn't really anything in the level itself that would suggest a name like fractured, so that could be changed to something more fitting.
There isn't anything in the level that shows it is themed around a monochrome city in the first place. Even if its a monochrome level, there could still be more going on in the level itself. there could have been slow movements to make it more interesting.
Adding things that would fit the overall theme better, like more things you would find in a city like lamps, making the block design look like it represents could improve the level. and solve the problems. there could also be a city looking background so it fits more.
