Title: Losing inputs constantly as a result of Options Trigger(?)

Description: At random (mainly past 38%) I will be unable to play the game as if my inputs were disabled. I used to have options triggers but they were removed as a result of this bug occurring, but I had to re-add options triggers just to allow inputs because of this bug but to no effect.

Attempted Fixes: To fix this bug, I have to restart the level or sometimes exit & re-enter the level. This bug occurs both in-editor (no footage) and in-game. Fullscreen & medium-high detail makes this worse (no footage).
