I decided to choose neon
Level main idea: If i could explain in 2 words, I'd say "Fluorescent factory".
Secondary ideas:
1st part should be dark, slowly filling the room with fluorescent light from huge cylindrical containers with glowing liquid.
Next parts should be filled with machines producing different fluorescent appliances with different steps of completion.
Last parts should contain boxes of glowing stuff.
Optional
2nd part should start with transition filling the screen with the corresponding liquid.
Ending would be cool if you jumped into a box of glowing sticks and get carried into a truck. When truck leaves, behind it the endscreen appears.
If i had to choose, i would always choose quality.
