(neon theme) fast paced level with bright decoration that is hard to distinguish form the actual gameplay.
i will focus on gamemodes that have gravity, like cube and ball, and maybe some slower parts that have ship or wave, but that will depend. the decoration will be based around beams of light, and maybe some abstract shapes to add variation. and id also add some randomity to the level, to make it feel kind of "organic", but i dont know if id really follow with that, itd require some testing.
and i would focus on time and optimization for the level, especially the gameplay, that, for me, is the most important part.
