ONE.) This is not a major problem, as it can be solved very easily due to the internet existing.
If you have the reference material, the idea, and inspiration. Then there are 3 solutions I can think of
1.) Ask for help in any geometry dash discord (preferably this one), here they take things seriously and will give you help step by step with a very nice community
2.) Look up the images you want, then take those images and try to cut them into basic shapes that are in the editor to make images way easier.
3.) Finally, watch tutorials on how to do this, lets say you have all this info on what you wanna do, the references, then just watch a video on how to make that type of decoration, if its modern, study other levels and watch multiple tutorials, you can do this with effects, glow and everything else.

TWO.) This is a major problem. First you got to find what the bug is, if it is with toggling, its a toggle trigger, if its not rotating correctly its the rotate trigger, etc. now since it is intricate its hard to find the certain trigger if there is so many, so first what you can do is find the time the bug happens in the level, then you can find all the triggers in that specific spot.
Now find the trigger in that spot where the bug is happening, basically if its a move trigger not working, find the move triggers in the specific spot. Now lastly since you have isolated the spot, look through the certain triggers and really take your time to see what is off about it.

THREE.) This is major but an easy solve. First ask your friends to pick up the pace, now this probably will not work, so I suggest nicely kicking them from the collab, now go to #1183145085236424765 and post a detailed report of what you need done and ask anyone who wants to join to send their best deco to find qualified candidates, if its layouts, or decoration. Now tell that 1 friend you posted it and people will come, just give it time, say this so he doesn't quit and it holds out hope.
Now after a couple days check back and find the people you want based on your deco you want, lets say there are 4 spots left but 7 submissions, take the best 4 from them and let them join. After they join give them some motivation to work faster to get that friend to not quit. And the collab people should be dedicated meaning your friend is happy and you have a good collab while making good progress

(P.S.) I just realised I was supposed to do only 1
