or at least below the player. objects on the pic are on layer B5 and they are still over the player and other objects

Any objects set as ui objects via the ui trigger will always display above everything else in the level

Think of it as separate

Although things on ui will still layer accordingly in b4 b3 ... t3 t4

damn i wish advanced follow trigger didn't make the object follow the corner of the screen instead of the center
