Count Trigger doesnt work

The setup is when the C:1 reaches 100, the Count trigger supposed to activate stop trigger to stop pickup loop, however it doesnt work at all
When Stop trigger applied with Collision trigger, it works normally, but when it apllied with Count trigger, its not working

tested with pulse, when C:1 reaches 100, Count trigger activate Pulse trigger

but it doesnt activate Stop trigger
