it doesnt really change
his quirk works by changing (and reverting) the molecules of the original thing into glass molecules and linking them together (can u tell i didnt take physics/chemistry. bio lover forevr) with the use of yurie's energy, so if the molecules are already glass, theres not really anything to change, so it probably would have no effect either way
btw that isnt his hero fit, i couldn't figure out what to do for that so
