This is a random Concept i came up with, its not meant to become a serious Story. its my first Time doing something like this so expect flaws. I came up with this Idea when i compared Tenya Iida with Sonic, Kirishima with Knuckles, Kaminari with Tails and Mina with Amy and i wanted them to fight an Eggman inspired Villain.

I know that some of the Characters personality and Abilities don't fit but thats not the point right now
for the Eggman designed Villain, i would take a Character that looks like the Doctor that told Deku that hes Quirkless in the first Episode of the Manga and Anime. make him a bit taller and more round, color his mustache differently and he would be a perfect Eggman clone.
I dont really have a real Goal made for him. Eggmans usual plans involve conquering, demonstrating his Genius and building "Eggman-land". Eggman is not a Villain who lurks in the background and plots in the Shadows, he loudly announces his presence. Eggman has a lot of Robots that fight for him and i could imagine a MHA Eggman doing tht, throwing an Army of Robots against the Heroes. at first they are generic Robots like seen in the Exams, but over time he builts more Robots that can handle Quirks better. Like building a Robot that can handle Minas Acid better, they still would take Damage but it would be much harder to defeat them. Then for Kaminari, Eggman could start building Robots that could convert the Electricity from his Attacks into Energy to hit back twice as hard, making his Quirk more of a Danger than a helpful tool.
now when would this Story play? I thought about maybe having it as an isolated Story shortly after the End of the MHA Anime. Mina, Kaminari, Iida and Kirishima meeting up under some sort of Circumstances or just meeting up to connect and remember the old Days and then having to unite to fight together against this new Threat. Maybe Eggman discovers some of the remnants of All For One's Experiments on Quirks and maybe starts to build Robots that can copy or even carry Quirks without the side effects of being an Organic Being.
Now we get to Metal Sonic or in this Case "Metal Iida". Iida could become a Problem for Eggman and his Robots so he decides to create a robotic Copy of him. in the Games Metal Sonic was created to be basically an Eggman replacement of Sonic. This "Metal Iida" would have the same Skills, strengths, Quirk and the same Intelligence as him without the side effects of being Organic. now comes the interesting part. the best Version of Metal Sonic in my Opinion is in the Game "Sonic Heroes". You fight him in the Final Boss fight and there are two Lines that i find very interesting: "long Time no Sonic, my loathsome Copy" and "I am the real Sonic". Metal Sonic was created for the sole purpose of destroying and replacing Sonic, that he starts to think hes the actual real Sonic. He now wants to destroy Sonic not only to complete what he was built for, but also prove to himself and convince himself that he is indeed the real Sonic and the Sonic hes been fighting is the Copy.
In the Beginning of the Manga (the second Volume) and Anime in the Cantina of UA when Ururaka and Deku talk properly with Iida for the first Time, it was revealed that Iida comes from a high Family with a lot of great Heroes and he says "i want to become like my Brother". Iida wants to live up to his Family's Legacy. Now when Metal Iida thinks hes the real Iida, he may start to think Iidas Family is actually his and that he also needs to live up to their Legacy as he thinks hes their true Son. Imagine if Tenya Iida then loses to Metal Iida in a fight. it would not only show the people around him that his robotic Copy is better than him, but also that he failed to continue his Family's Legacy and that his Robot Copy is more worthy and capable of carrying and continuing his Family's Legacy. What would this do to Iida?
