cool elixirs or the armor form the goron city will help you there and no sadly you can't register the lord of the mountain

wait i'm wrong buy cool elixir i mean any food made with things that can cool you down or a fireproof elixir there's also an npc who will sell you fireproof potions and one who will trade you the flame breaker helmet for 10 fireproof lizards

I never found fire potion person or was one to cook food.

So what happened was when I found Goron city I was literally the human torch and kept checking people’s houses till I saw the vendor selling the armor and died.

I reloaded, got enough food to heal me and rupies to buy the armor, and climbed the highest point near Goron city (I think it’s a Shiekah Tower).

I proceeded to glide down to Goron city, while on fire. I memorized where the trader was though so I landed in front of his store, burning while eating the food, and bought the armor.

Poor man had to see the hero of Hyrule die in his shop and come back burning still to purchase his wares.
