I believe though that you specifically have an amount of time to steal the treasure. So you have to factor in when you find and steal it, rather than the time appearing when you find it.

If you don’t mind Confidant spoilers I highly suggest leveling || Kawakami, Chihaya, and Takemi || first as their Confidants are a massive boon with their rewards. I believe you only have to get the first two to Confidant Level 10 to get their best stuff.
