Welp, I don't like heros a lot because I'd prefer villains to win. Even though there are major casualties because of villains, it's nice to see a villain win every now and again.
And I enjoy Spider-Man Ultimate's take on this, there are multiple storyline moments when Peter loses to his foes and it not only carries the story forward greatly but builds on Peter's character of struggling to keep not only his life outside of being Spider-Man together but also his life as Spider-Man together.
I've never read any comics of Spider-Man but I feel I should start reading them.

Spider-Man relying on Tony Stark is pretty eh to me

I know in the movie Peter makes his suit but it's more of comfy clothes than the actual suit
I know Peter looks up to Tony especially Tony being like his dad and what not
But to rely solely on his technology seems bad
