So it roughly reads "Cannot possess any more gadgets, Please organize your gadgets"

However since the issue here is that you have too many; I generally prefer to sell any duplicates of robot/villain gadgets. I'll send a screenshot as an example

These are examples of the duplicates I prefer to sell; since you get plenty on missions anyway; having duplicates really just takes up room (also note their colors; though I'm not sure how important it is when comes to gadgets)
