You would not see the outfit in preview mode unless you own minimum 1 item from the outfit set.
You can go to this website https://thecrazymaffin.github.io/OutfitList/ and type onmyuji (its the name of the outfit) in search option to see all the items of the outfit.
After checking, still if you don't find any items of the outfit in your inventory, please report in #bugs
