You don't need to connect them, you can just create a ticket in #bot-commands once you want to claim the rewards. About the video it's important that it's at least 30 seconds long and not about revealing easter eggs or something like that. You should write your discord tag and your ingame name in the video description

Unfortunately, only Mods handle that kind of thing, so I can't help you, I'm sorry :/
And about the short period of time, it depends of which social media reward you are claiming, normally some of them have more tickets opened than others. Also, even if the mods answer, sometimes people take a lot to answer back, that is one of the things that delay the whole process, since they can't close tickets until everything gets claimed or after 24 hours with no response.
If you want to know more or have any questions about it, you can contact a Mod in DMs and ask them about how this works.

I can remember, that you get 3 tokens when you buy the special offer or a random skin in the shop.
But, that was before werewolfe online was changed to wolvesville.
I have buyed the special offer and a random shop skin and before i got them, my tokens where on 703 and after the 2 buyed items, it is still on 703.

I would say something like that depends on the case. If it is one emote in one channek you can ask if they speak that language. If yes, then there is no problem. If not, please direct them to the english channels or a language channel if it gets specified. But if it are multiple emotes it can be spam. If it is in multiple channels it is cross channel spam. In those two case you can report them

And they check GuardianMail tickets. They answer this reports and they check if bans are justified or not. Surely they answer questions to game rules too.

Another point you can do, when you really don't have badges: You can dm the moderator who answered your ticket and explain him/her what happened

You can't create another ticket while the old one is still open and you also don't have to. The reason why it takes so long is that there is a big amount of tickets atm (currently 772) because of the new social media rewards and there are just a few mods to handle them

Sometimes there are 3 skins added and rn this can happen sometimes bc all of the remakes got added but normally there are 2 offers and at least one outfit collection. All outfits lasts 72 hours and sometimes there are 3 offers at one day or 2 collections but at the most days only 2 offers+1 collection

If you are coupled but then get sected, you must play for sect leader even if it means that you have to betray your couple. Not helping sect would be gamethrowing.
You don't have to worry if you are reported for not helping couple when you are sected, such reports will be invalidated.

Reporting ingame is usually just fine. Even if they did something worse after the report, the game is logged already with the first one.
Reporting to a guardian is only accepted if it's racism, sexual in nature or death threats and such, not 'regular' hate speech

@vernal oyster @timid summit there are 30 rewards on the calendar and 1 easter egg that goes along with it. Originally there was a bug which said there was a 31st reward, but this has been fixed.

You can set your status on "Do not disturb" or "Invisible", in theory, it can make people unable to spectate you. Now, if you're talking about an option in Settings or something like that, this doesn't exist.

Can I be banned for not using fortune tellers card as a villager. The seers had died and it was just finding rk left. I was witch and said i didnt want to use right then since I still had my protection potion. The village killed me anyways and even though we one the fortune teller got all mad at and cussed at me and called me toxic and said i was going to be banned. I thought the cards were optional to use? I was just going to wait until my save someone potion was used up. And I dont see the issue since we had plenty of villagers left and still won

Do you mean that your friend opened a ticket after you and she's still got a reward first than you? Mods already answer oldest tickets first, you may get a quicker answer depending on the social media you are claiming for + if everything in the post is correct. You can see where in the queue you are by typing: ?claimstatus in #bot-commands.

The moderators/Mentor managers check the applications and the best applicants get mentors/helper for a trial phase. When they completed all their tasks in this trial they get full Helpers/Mentors.

Hello I have a question : there are 2 wws, 1 cursed (no turned into wws) and 3 villagers (priest bh and seer). All wws are known and Cursed too. They kill one wws during the vote time, and the second decide to bite the cursed just because he wants cursed loose with him and he said "the role of cursed is to be bite by the wws so I can turn him and it’s not gametrhowing"
My question : is it ? Because the last wws wants just that Cursed loose, so in my opinion, it’s just for ruin his game and no with hope they win...

ah i see. this is because the auto warn system only detects certain combination of words, regardless of the context. if you say that your werewolf teammates are bad, the system will flag you for it because they think you are betraying your teammates, even if it has been established that they are bad by seers
