How to report to Guardians, and is my report bad enough?

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian:

Racism
Extreme sexual harassment or comments
Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
Usernames, especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
Staff impersonation

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported the players ingame, you can go to #bot-commands, use ?report <your ingame name> <yourxpcount> (like ?report WerewolfPlayer 12345) to talk to a guardian. They will reply as soon as they are able to. Please be patient!

How to dispute your WWO ban

Go to #bot-commands and do ?appeal <your ingame name> <yourxpcount> (That should look like ?appeal WerewolfPlayer 12345. Don't add the <>.)

If the bot answers 'Please check your ingame-name.', just check your wwo username (uppercase letters, numbers, dashes)

If the bot answers with 'Please check your XP count.', check if you took the correct numbers on your profile (try out ?h xp for more info!)

Once the ticket is open, you will receive a direct message from the bot, please specify your language and your problem so that a guardian speaking the same language as you can come and help you quickly.

but you could ask around for a trading server they usually have systems to confirm people arent scammers

If you are a duplicate of a listed role (such as doc or aura usually) you will not be able to tell if you are that original one or an rrv

#

if you are an rrv thats not a listed role, like a mayor for example, you will see the number of rrv roles minus yourself in the role list
In 3 rrv ranked, you would be a mayor with x2 rrv ingame
in 2 rrv sandbox, you will see x rrv ingame
in 1 rrv sandbox, you would see no other rrv

sometimes beast hunter is a listed role, it depends on the setup, its best to check the rrv amount before it starts
or ask others 'how many rrv'

To get gold, I think you just either play the game and earn loot boxes, or spin the wheel of fortune. For clothing, you either buy it with gold, buy it with roses, spin for it on the wheel, clan quests, or open lootboxes.

@echo trellis if you suicide, it counts the way they always do, 5-6 per 6 hours will lead to an automated ban
So, if you only use it when you really have to go, it wont be punished, thats what it exists for.
In ranked however, we expect people to be serious and do their job, so suiciding randomly midgame is more likely reported by players there, and can lead to longer bans

Is there any way to appeal a false ban? I encountered a toxic user during a game and they may have/did report me for "Gamethrowing" even though I could not have seen their role with the role I had [Werewolf, last one at the time.] I don't want to get banned over this.

Claiming other villager roles as a villager is against the rules right? Cause it happens a lot that bh or lm claim doc as bait (or bh as medium etc etc) - but in 90% the real role calls them out. In this case the doc - then they get lynched for fake claiming and real doc killed cause being outed. Huge disadvantage to village ~> reportable?

The problem ofcourse is that doc and lm often is also a normal role, so it becomes suspicous

If cupid claims u just have to shoot him its either evil part of couple faking cupid claim or real cupid and if its real cupid its just lower chance for couple to win. ALWAYS KILL CUPID CLAIM

Hello! I want to ask about clan being raid/scammed. If a clan of 20+ members was deleted by a scammer (who somehow got the leader’s power to delete it), or members in the clan got mass kicked, either one of these things happened, that result in these things left for the members: they woke up to to their account being homeless, no clan’s icon on their username anymore, and can no longer search out their clan.
This incident happened right before their quest started. The total gold they donated before the clan was gone was ~60k, and about 600 gems. Now these are all gone.
My question is it possible and justified enough for them to redeem the loss?

Log out
Login with email
Forget password > put your Gmail address there (the one you have for your Google account)
Go to your Gmail and select the reset link in the email to set a new password
Log in with the new password.

Now that you can log in with email, you can change your login email in Settings > My account ^^

I was playing Sandbox mode and I was assigned the role of Wolf seer. Night one I checked Medium and who we ended up killing. Then the day happened and I pretended to be seer and said that player 5 was Nightmare Werewolf, who I selected at random. Nearly everyone believed me so we voted for player 5, who turns out was really Fool. They accused me of being in cahoots with fool and reported my account for gamethrowing, enough so where I got not one but 2 notifications on my phone warning me of “bad behavior” (btw behavior is not spelled with a u, so you might want to change your grammar in your notification). This was even after explaining the situation to the other players by replying: “note to self: if you’re gonna pretend to be seer and accuse another player, DON’T PICK FOOL.” Bottom line is it was coincidental and does not amount to gamethrowing because I was Wolf seer and I was allowed to lie. I want to make sure my account isn’t going to get banned.

If the werewolves and the serial killer attack the same player, the serial killer will show as the murderer.
If the tough guy and the doctor protect the same player, the takes priority and the tough guy doesn't get hurt
If the werewolves attack a player protected by the beast hunter trap, the regular werewolf will die first. If he is not there, the unior werewolf will. etc.

it is a list of priority. so for example, if the cannibal and the serial killer try to kill the same person, the cannibal will win as he has the highest priority so the message will say "X was eaten by the cannibal" instead of "X was murdered by the serial killer"

How to dispute your WWO ban

Go to #bot-commands and do ?appeal <your ingame name> <yourxpcount> (That should look like ?appeal WerewolfPlayer 12345. Don't add the <>.)

If the bot answers 'Please check your ingame-name.', just check your wwo username (uppercase letters, numbers, dashes)

Probably because of the Size of the Server. About 900 to 1000 people get pinged, so its really no wonder if you get the ping delayed or you dont even get it. @drowsy perch

Can I get some justification on why a villager can go against a solo villain but not a single ww left in the game? If a ww vs villager is auto village defeat why isn’t a sk vs villager? I’d like to see it even across the board. A fool can still have a vote off with a ww. An avenger can still tie the game against a ww. Etc.
