@tardy bronze Hello 👋 You should be able to “link” an email address to your Werewolf Online account by entering exactly the same email than the email apple used to log you in (be careful if you enabled random email generation with Apple ID) and click on “Password Forgotten”, this should allow you to create a new password which will give you the ability to log in using the email address and the password 🙂

No that's not the reason. Reason is the system is built like that, and as of now it can't be reseted. Maybe it will be possible in the future, we don't know that rn. No one is saying your friend didn't deserve it, it's the way the system is built. Is it annoying/unfair for your friend ? Yes deffinetly. But, it can't be removed (again as of currently) because it's probably built that way.

Hello, why don't you include a little bit more information on the temporary ban? You request for a reason while reporting but nothing is included so you can't know exactly what you did wrong or if you actually were

Heyhey! The reason there's no detailed information is because the guardians have a lot of reports to go through. They simply don't have time to specify exactly what happened. Especially if someone f.e. gamethrew in multiple rounds they won't be able to write "in one round you were X and did Y. In another you were A and did B." That would just take up a lot of time that the guardians don't have.
If you don't recall breaking any rules you can always appeal your ban and talk to a guardian, who can then explain what exactly you did @sly cedar

Alright so I won as couple(I was canni couple was ww) and there was a pop up for a canni achievement. So does winning as couple count as winning with your original role too? But when I checked later it showed that it wasn't counted as a canni win. Is it a bug?

Theres no specific requirements to become a trial helper. You'll be judged based upon different factors, like your answers in your application, behaviour, etc.
