Question 1: Nope, they cannot report a gunner for not shooting on Day 1 and Day 2. However in Day 3 and 4, it may be reportable. Even then, this is a case-by-case basis question because sometimes the information has been made very explicit so a Guardian will review if he was intentionally not shooting or if he was just unsure.
Question 2: Marksman can only be reported if he shoots a confirmed good person. Other than that, it is not reportable even if he does end up shooting a non-villager role by luck.

But what im curious about is that if someone has inappropriate username and someone reports them for it do they get instantly banned or warned or whatever (idk what happens if someone gets reported for it because i once reported someone for it but I wasnt sure whats gonna happen, do they get banned till they change it or something?)

@wise crest inappropriate usernames are directly reportable to the guardians (see #ingame-reports-archieved). When someone gets reported for a bad username, their name gets changed and they won't be able to change it to something else for some time

it usually takes 10/12 VALID reports to ban

How is this possible. Ww got aura on day 1 and then later during the day when one of the ww is about to die they reveal me as medium and then I get nightmared. I was medium and I never revealed in chat plus there was only 1 ww seer, so how did they know for sure that I was medium?
