you earn exp by playing games. each game grants you some exp. the quantity of exp earned depends on the team you win with, as well as if you play with friends or if you are in a win strike for example
with exp your level increases, which grants you lootboxes
(and if im not wrong it unlocks items from the inventory until level 150)

A quest has parts that each take a day. Depending on how many people are participating, a certain amount of xp needs to be gained to complete each part. You have 24 hours to complete a part. If you fail, the part restarts and you have to get xp for it all over again. If you get all the xp, you get part of a skin and then it moves to the next part when the 24 hours you had for the previous part is completed.

There has been suggestions to make Battle Passes items purchasable after it ends, but it's unlikely to be added since , as the Developers said, the purpose of the Battle Pass was to encourage players to play more for exclusive items. ๐

You are allowed to shoot random after day 1 and 2. You are not allowed to shoot this player when he is good called (by any role like seer, med, ...) or the person doesn't give the gunner the permission for that. When the avenger says "kill me" it is allowed, when he doesn't say it, it isn't. Forcing a player to reveal/kill another role is not allowed.

after day 3 you are allowed to random kill, and the sword is made on day 6, so it's always allowed

Wrong, random kill is never allowed. It still needs to be based on a reasonable chance and/or suspicions

but it gets checked manually by staff and it gets checked if a player has 10 reporrs at least (overall, not per game)
Besides, there s no way to know if you got someone banned so thats why it might seem that way

we have a very strict auto-ban system and ban times increase with every offense
