There is an avatar that I’m trying to unlock with loyalty tokens. It says I need 27 loyalty tokens to unlock it. I bought the avatar that is on special today and the number of loyalty tokens hasn’t changed. I clicked on more info to see how to get loyalty tokens. It says you will get one for every avatar you buy or 100 gold bought. I then used gems to buy 5000 gold thinking that would be more than enough to get me the 27 loyalty tokens needed, but it still says I need 27 loyalty tokens to unlock it and when I click on the more info link it’s saying I need 2 loyalty tokens to automatically unlock the next item. Can you help me with this?

If you mean guardian (which is sometimes called as moderator for wwo) you can also apply for that when a application has been announced in #community-announcements. But you have to be at least 18+ years old and no active bans.

What's the difference between the old and new mechanical duck arms? And how did I get the entire outfit for the new one? I haven't played since a few months ago sorry!

the mechanical duck arms are almost same, just in the old and reworked version included - the rework has some lightenings (thanks alj). When you have bought the custom games before the item got reworked to a whole skin, you will get it automatical. If you haven't buy it yet, you have to buy custom games (2000 gold)
