it's some times just to fix bug such as screen ratio etc. and not a big update so it doesn't need to go on #game-updates
for your second question, you will need to apply to the helper application too. Helping around would makes you look good and might give you higher chances to be selected but the application is the bigger factor. (But be careful not to break rule 13)

Then they will add your application on the translator helper chat and the mods will look at it and if they accept you, you can start translating. You need a poeditor account though.

Ahh it is a mix of the 2 special offer and a Quest skin
The one offer (hair and foreground) is from the Spring offer.
The doctor parts are from the Poison doctor skin.
You can get both in the shop. You can get them random, that means it is not clear which skin you will get when you buy them.
We are not sure when they will be offered as "resale" again.
The eyes are from a clan quest, so you can get it when your clan wants to play this quest and you are participant

@ornate beacon As Spirit Seer you can select two players to see if they killed last night or if they did not , I find this role pretty useful in situations where you don't know who's Fool and who's the Solo Killer since they are both Unk. But with Spirit Seer you just have to check one of them and if they shows Blue and Solo killer killed is because they are fool, if they show red is because they are the solo killer... I could continue with the advantages this role has but don't want to spam this chat, if you think this role need a change you could suggest it in #feedback-readonlys

You can have alternative accounts but you are not allowed to play with them in the same round in normal gamemodes like Sandbox or Quick Play because this count as teaming/cheating/using multiple accounts in a round. You are allowed to send roses to your main account as long as you do it in private rooms (custom games, friend lobby) and not in game modes
Loopholes are breaking rules without technically breaking it. That means you did something against the gameplay but it is not written in the rules, so you can say "It is not written, so I can do this"

@drowsy perch it will show in the inventory when it's enabled for your account. It will slowly be available for players in the next few days as mentioned in #game-updates

@obtuse python yep, but for example you can buy 1000 gems and it will be keep in your inventory and then every time you buy an outfit it will cost 350 gems.
