If you still see your reported players playing, these may have been some reasons to that:
- Not enough reports:
There needs to be at least 10 to 12 reports until the Guardians check the reports and decide whether to ban or not. Don't try to report a same player in a same game 12 times though, that won't work. If they just keep behaving in such way, they'll reach the needed amount of report soon and then get banned. You'll also receive a notification informing they have been banned.
Try telling all other players in the round to report them!
The reports can come from different rounds,by the way. - The reports are gone:
Any reports , after 2 weeks, become invalid. - They could have finished their ban duration:
Example, they are banned for 3 days? And they may just have finished their ban duration, and come back to the game. If they are banned again for the same reason, the ban duration will be extended.

The only exception is being shamaned; a shamaned solorole will be = to a werewolf.

Ok, what is the morality behind the following in game scenario?
Day one. 8 is revealed as the zombie.
Entire village team (except for one) decided to let zombies win, then and there.
Wolves and the one villager proceed to immediately get lynched one by one and killed.
The gunner intentionally didn't shoot the zombie, despite the fact of being repeatedly told to. In the end, the wolves killed the gunner before she even got converted into a zombie.
Did the village game throw?
I believe they did, but I had two people arguing with me saying the village didn't game throw, and that it was a legitimate "winning" strategy.
They were claiming that it was comparable to the Cursed role. The Cursed is allowed to say "I'm cursed, attack me", so the villagers should be allowed to do the same.
π° I told them this logic was flawed, because the cursed and zombies are two completely different scenarios. But they just wouldn't believe me.
But I would like to hear some other people's thoughts.

Before they are turned, cursed is a villager at the time and must try and win with the village. Once they are turned, they are no longer a villager and must try and win with the werewolves. Even if he has a high chance with winning with the werewolves, he is still a villager. It's like trying to harm the village so you can get converted to the zombie team. And regardless of the team, asking to get shot would be considered gamethrowing I'm pretty sure.
They aren't a solo role. They are village or werewolf. And no, cursed can't just do whatever
