The easier way to post images is to go to the #rules-archived and hit the reaction after reading them. That will give you the sheriff role.

With my rule understanding I would say if the player accusing is the same team as you then it is possibly Gamethrowing. It is definitely Gamethrowing if the player is a fellow Werewolf unless they are Coupled. Gamethrowing is intentionally harming your main team. If a player knows you are a Villager and is also a Villager then aaying you are bad would be hurting the Villagers team. If they are a different team then it is fine as it's giving suspicion on you.
Hopefully a Guardian or previous Guardian answers 👍👍

As I said before, the guardians can read all chats of the game where do you got reported. You need at least a specific amount of reports, at the moment 12, to get banned. If you still think, they should change something, you could suggest it in #feedback-readonly

Also the guardians usually don't ban off of one report. Once they receive 12 reports for the player they investigate what the player has done and decides to ban them or not

It depends, if a person targets another person for their skin colour or if they go like "xy is dark skin coloured, vote them" that's reportable for racism
Focusing people for their skin as in outfit isn't reportable tho, it's not encouraged but many people check based on which skin that person has as pretty outfits usually attract seers
As long as the focusing doesn't include any sort of harassment or racism it's not encouraged but not reportable either...

@umbral lava You could try reporting that in #bugs-readonly, I’ve seen bugs in there about players losing their shield when they haven’t been attacked or protected someone from dying, but none where they got their shield back all of a sudden
Make sure you can recreate the bug though or it will be hard for devs to really find and fix
