A lot of outfits are being remade many times for example the wedding outfits, 3-4 designers made their own version of it until the latest one got enough vote to go into the game. Vampire and caveman is a very popular theme so I think it's very likely that a lot of people were trying to go for the similar theme accidently or incidently.
Plus, the caveman (and ninja) outfit was also redesigned just a few months ago so I don't think the current version of caveman is really related from the one posted at the beginning of 2018.

Why are there only 3 leagues in ranked? I am honestly very tired of playing in gold league along with people who really have no game knowledge and no common sense. It's really easy to get to gold. And I had 3400 skill last season and still face problems like people ignoring detective's day 1 info or random shooting. If you do get banned there may be a rule that you are unaware of though. If a player makes enough random reports the guardians can decide to ban the player making these fake reports

@shadow cedar Heya, there is no official pc version off wwo. But you can play it on an emulator this is completely fine :)
They do require a pretty good computer to run smoothly though. Think Blustacks, Memu, Nox
