you'll be more interested in special offers then, thats fine, there's something for everyone. Clan quests are not something you need to focus on much, if you find a solid active clan you will unlock those items just by playing your usual matches

@wintry wave if there's hh or fool still alive, it could be very smart to protect someone.. It's hard to say for every situation, but a villager using their ability shouldnt be gamethrowing, unless they use it on someone confirmed evil.
@drowsy perch If you get banned a lot, maybe read the ingame rules again? Or ask more questions about them, if you want to know for sure what you did was allowed or not..

@umbral lava bans start off at 2 days usually, for very bad things or repeated bans they become longer and longer. Bans of months/years length can happen in extreeme cases .

As i say, it always starts with just a few days ^^ Extreme cases are people who just do not learn, and ruin the game as much as they can. Not just random killing all the seers, but more like spamming really racist things on 20 different accounts and such.
