Well my friend got logged out of his account while the servers were down and he didnt log out but he cant get into his old one amd he thinks he got ip banned
Everyone in my clan has king__ before their name (some of have something like king__ and then a role and some just have words after) because we didnt think about a clan, so we have our clan thing but our legit usernames start with king__
But we all have different i.p and said friend was the only one supposedly ip banned

And the new trial helpers will only know they got picked, when they are announced on the server. So at this point, you will know if you made it or not.The review process ahsdnt started yet becaue the applications are still open.

@open pumice If you get the server restart message, its not a bug. you can wait to see if the game continues, or try closing the app and rejoining. if its been a while already, then it probbaly wont become unstuck and you should just join a new match
It might count as a suicide later on, but it usually shouldnt

Well on discord, once you got banned you can appeal for an unban after some time but it's up to the mods if they'll unban you, that's usually on a 1-strike-policy so if you get one more strike after the unban you'll get immediately banned again

Other steps are to force stop the application and clear it's cache. Play on Wi-Fi rather than mobile data, or if you're on Wi-Fi and not getting it try mobile data. Playing a few games first also sometimes unlocks it. @drowsy perch
