You could also try some generic things like making sure you have some extra free memory space and trying to switch internet connections...

Please try to reinstall your game, including clearing your cache and fully deleting the game first (make sure you know your login method and details so you wont be locked out). For some people this does work! if this does not fix it, there is no solution besides waiting patiently

@forest fiber In the newest version of the game, there is a notification if someone gets banned after your report. But you wont know their names in it. Guardians know what they are doing though, if enough people report this kind of people, they get banned soon.

The reason why hh can be killed by mm, and will shows as different team by detective is simply, because headunter should be able to freely lie about their target. So it should not be possible to confirm if they are a villager or solo now.

You can access spectator mode for ranked, only if the player on your friends list shows the popcorn icon to their name. It's a known problem that it sometimes disappears very quickly, though... There's no specific requirement related to your rank at all!
In sandbox and custom, you can aslo spectate if you are invited into a play-with-friends lobby, by pressing the eye icon next to your chat bar!
@craggy rose Currently the store is rolling out some newer versions, beyond 0.39, keep an eye out for those updates! They include quite a few strong fixes ^^ (Sadly I am also still waiting for them myself)

But some problems are very rare and hard to fix, and we simply dont know what the devs work on most of the time
The more gamebreaking ones get fixed with more priority than some 'sandbox functions' like the spectators. And I would like to say 'oh dw the devs read allllll the bugs we report to them' but I cannot guarantee that's actually true, sometimes we get a lot of reports there in a short time

The ban times do get longer from ban to ban and you can get banned for a couple of months if the assaults are happening repeatedly.
We hope that your daughter will be able to play in a safe space furthermore and i do assure you that we're taking sexual harassment and sexual comments very seriously.

If you remember the names of the players which harassed her you can just tell the guardians and they'll check up the reports linked to the account.
They can view the games they have been reported in so make sure you also report in game!

As far as i got info the guardians cannot see the jailer chat so for that chat getting screenshots would probably be the safer way to go!

In my opinion it is enough.
I'd definetely contact a guardian, have a conversation with the guardian and also mention that further stuff of that kind happened in jail but you couldnt get evidence of that and explain the situation
I mean you're her mother but just tell her from me that every piece of evidence could be useful, that guy/girl will definetely get punished for what they did.
