If they do this, they can still be reported for spam/hate speech etc, and get banned for it

If you see them playing ranked together often you can gently remind them that they can play together in sandbox and quick game.
If they reported you without any reason nor evidence with their clan mates, there will be no action taken on you, but instead they'll get consequences out of it for reason less mass/team reporting.
As that only adds up false reports which stack up faster making it more difficult for guardians.
If you furthermore see them teaming or saying stuff like "xy is good i know it" or giving other hints which shows they are exchanging roles between each other you can also report them for teaming.
As well if they behave incorrectly towards others or start focussing.
Ranked is a serious game mode and not being able to play with friends via invite should result in ranked having less teamers from the same clan etc.
Its not in favour of the concept still playing with friends or a clan.

It happens when you try to reveal a Werewolf from your team, even it happens if that wasn't your intention tho, Guardians will check it and anulate that warning if reveal your team wasn't your intention
Also there's a warning for hate-speech that as far I know that's a bug.
If you got ban cuz of that Warning you can DM a guardian to appeal it or ask proofs

If you want to report a guardian you can report them to philipp afaik, as there is no guardian manager anymore.
Guardians will not remove your ban if it's justified, you can't just break a rule, come here and then ask for your ban to get removed.
Bans only get removed if they were given mistakenly.
I would appreciate if you'd delete your screenshots, and keep in mind just not to break rules, read the in game rules and don't break them and you won't get into any further trouble.
It's pretty easy, just sit out your ban, behave in the future and you'll be good! ;)

It's only a small displaying bug so shouldn't cause in too much trouble, just exit the game to the main menu and start a new game manually!
Next time you can report such bugs in #bugs-readonly , you don't need to now as it's a very known and common bug
Nonetheless thanks for reporting, try clearing your cache and restarting the game for that bug to get fixed if it doesn't work after manually entering a new game ^^
