@gilded marten Ranked is a harder version of the quick game. You only can start playing there when you have enough wins for it. You can't use your talismans there and is not possible to play with friends. You will get Skillpoints for every single win, a lose will subtrate Skillpoints. If you have enough skillpoints you can get into a higher league. If you are one of the best players in that league, you will get a special price, a item. By the way, you need to pay 5 gold before you can join 1 round. When you won a game, you can win gold.
Villager Win -> 10 gold
Werewolf win -> 20 gold
Voting Role -> 40 gold
Solo win -> 50 gold
The rules in ranked are harder. You can report people for suiciding and calling themself out (that's what I heard from some people but I don't know it exactly.)
Ranked has more roles than quick game. They can have random strong villagers or random werewolf. They can have roles from Sandbox, like pacifist and someone else.
Let's say Ranked is a mix of all gamemodes just in a harder way.

@quasi swallow When the season finishes and you hit a certain rank that makes you gain one of the rewards, there will be displayed a new button in the menu of the ranked games. This button says something close to claim your reward — don’t remember very well because it is doing years I don’t play ranked matches —, after clicking on the button you just need to confirm the pop-up. Your question is too open, sorry if it hasn’t been answered.

For this items you need to get an amount of xp or you can claim it with an amount of gold. The devs decide how much gold and xp you need to. You can only get these items in a amount of days, e.g. 45 or 60 days were the last ones.
You can only get the items when you buy the Battle Pass before. You can do that with real money or gold.
The community can decide the outfits and the theme for the next battle Pass. You can look in #battle-pass-49-outfit-ideas and send your ideas there.
