I only ban for random shooting on day one and two. I assume on day three and onward, the gunner is acting on intuition and reasonable logical deduction. Mistakes happen.

I believe that this may be the reason for the recent Guardian complaints. That players think their strategies have reasoning behind them and that they shouldn’t be banned for their actions.
What the Guardians need are experienced players who have seen this type of behaviour and are able to handle the reports with these behavioural tendencies in mind.

Now I’m not saying to replace the Guardians but lots of things happen in game that can be seen as prohibited but not many people seem to care and use whatever methods they can to win.

There's a more complicated bigger picture to this. There are indeed strategies that are less than ethical but if done right, they work well. The biggest issue is that while they may work in ranked, they may not work in quickplay. Or sandbox. And then you create a large disconnect where you have the ranked side and the non-ranked side.
Unless we can form two different sets of rules, it's easier to use one rule set that will benefit the majority instead of trying to impose different rules that depend on X and Y and Z. I'm exploring some avenues of thought and I'm open to any feedback if you'd like to DM me about it though.

So they may report the gunner and tell everyone to report them but in the end they'll see that the gunner had to act like this, bc couple first, but you cant undo a report, then someone's being banned just bc they played good or wanted to win with their lover

Two are two types of roses. Roses to give, and roses you have received.
The roses displayed in your inventory are roses you've received from other players and you can actually "spend" those to buy cool items :D
The roses in-game are roses you've earned from things (Such as loot boxes and the battle pass, or quests) and you can give these to other players to show gratitude or support for something they did.
