My stuff is getting put in the assigned thread and if you notice, I said it's happened over multiple days. I'm aware it's not going to happen instantly although I've played games that did insta ban after multiple reports for the same behavior.

If you've ended up in another game with them, their ban is either over or they weren't banned because they don't have enough reports yet

And its never an "insta ban" Guardians always have go through and do it manually, which takes a little, except for suicides, that is automatic because its basically just counting up how often they've suicided.
