I've got a question. So I've seen a pattern as I am usually paired with the higher ranking vienamese players in Ranked but most of the time I never actually see them in my games.

When you join a lobby, are you more likely to join with players of your own language? Like if you set your language to francais, are you more likely to be paired with other French players?

I know there are separate language servers and lobbies for certain languages only but is it true for Ranked that you are more likely to be paired with players of your own language as well as skill level?
